Note: The VZAccess Manager can be downloaded only by NationalAccess/BroadbandAccess users with existing qualifying software (Sierra Wireless Watcher or Mobile Connection Manager and Smith Micro QuickLink Mobile). The VZAccess Manager will install alongside the existing qualifying software so there is no need to uninstall it first. This will save you time and ensure a smooth upgrade process.
